Releases is our new raffle section to allow for fairness in the purchasing of our limited products.

Raffles are open to both Australian and International residents.

Strictly 1 entry per style per person, any multiple entries will be cancelled.

Winners will win the right to purchase and be notified by email within 2 hours of draw ending.

Raffle winners must make payment within 24 hours of receiving a winning entry notification or your entry will be cancelled. Payment via Paypal only.

Only winning entries will receive and email. These are not transferrable. Payment must be made by the winner and all details have to match entry.

Remaining pairs or cancelled orders will release online and in-store at 12pm.


All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$). For overseas orders, duty and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Australian Orders

Shipping is free for all Australian over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10 for shipping. A tracking number will be provided with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. All orders ship within 24-48 hours pending stock availability and payment verification.

For “In Store Pick Up” option, you will receive a confirmation email with a date and time for when your order will be ready for collection. Please allow up to 24 hours for the confirmation email. You will need to provide identification and the confirmation email before your order can be released. Credit card orders over $500AUD will require payment verification prior to pick up.

International Orders

Shipping is free for all international orders over $400. Orders under $400 will be charged a flat rate of $40 for shipping. We ship via DHL Express or Australia Post Express International. A tracking number will be provided with an estimated delivery time of 4-10 working days, depending on location. All orders ship within 24-48 hours pending stock availability and payment verification. All duty and taxes incurred on overseas orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges

Australian customers are entitled to an exchange on all full price items within 14 days from receiving your package. The item/s must be returned unused with original invoice, tags and packaging and sent with a return authorisation number. If at the time of exchange a suitable item cannot be found, a credit note will be issued valid for 3 months. Credit notes issued through the online store are only valid at Exchanges are not offered for reduced items or international orders. Refunds are only offered for faulty goods purchased within Australia and internationally. For all returns and exchanges, please contact with your order number and our customer service team will provide you with a return authorisation number. 

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at All faulty/damaged returns must adhere to the same criteria as listed above, in Returns & Exchanges. Refunds on faulty goods that have been shipped internationally will not include a refund for any customs taxes or duties that may have been applied to the shipment.

Double Double holds the right to request a photographic image be emailed through to assess faults prior to a return authorisation being given. Please Note: If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.


Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided, including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released to anybody outside Double Double. Double Double does not record any credit card details provided during purchase. All credit card details are processed by EWAY. Postal Returns

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. When returning an item, it is recommended that you obtain proof of postage (either by a receipt, tracking or airway bill number). Double Double does not accept responsibility for ‘lost’ returned orders. Only in the event of a faulty item is the return postage paid for by Double Double Store. All postal returns must contain a return authorisation number.
