This Garment

The Rebuild by Needles Ribbon Wide Shirt 2 is a longstanding style in this collection, a flannel shirt (re)built from two vintage flannels embellished with ‘ribbon’ ruffle detailing down the front from vintage offcuts. Though employing a familiar deconstructive gesture, the Rebuild by Needles Ribbon Wide Shirt explodes the myth that deconstruction is synonymous with minimalism, playfully mocking notions of formality with the front ‘ribbon’ detailing.

As well as its unique construction and ‘ribbon’ detailing, this extra-wide shirt features an uneven shirt hem, pointed collar, a chest patch pocket, horizontal back yoke, and front button closure.
